The Demonstration

• By creating an account, FMC will provide you 1 case of Fame™+T pints (4 units total). The 4 pints will cover 1.6 – 3.2 acres, depending on rate. Product will be shipped no later than October 1, 2016.
  • Recommended rate for greens: 39.0 fl oz/acre (0.90 fl oz/1,000 ft²)
  • Recommended rate for Tees/Fairways: 29.0 fl oz/acre (0.67 fl oz/1,000 ft²)
    
    
• The demonstration is designed for the participating golf course superintendent to evaluate the benefits of Fame™+T versus their current Snow Mold program.
• Timing of Application: To maximize your application, Fame™+T should be applied before turf reaches full dormancy. If the application is made when turfgrass is completely dormant, systemic activity may be greatly reduced due to the inability of the plant to absorb the application.
• The application of Fame™+T should be made side-by-side to the superintendent’s current Snow Mold application. FMC suggests splitting the target application area in half, with 1 half receiving the Fame™+T application, and the other half receiving the superintendent’s Snow Mold Program application. A small check (untreated) area may be useful for further comparison.
• Application data will need to be entered into the website. Upon completing the application data, the superintendent will then receive their Fame jacket.
• Evaluation of the application will take place in the spring of 2017. A reminder notification will be sent to ensure evaluation data is entered into the website.
